Lim Sai Seong, CEO

Ts. SS Lim holds a Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (Hons) degree and is a Professional Technologist registered under the Board of Technologists Malaysia (MBOT).

Ts. Lim is also the Co-Founder and Executive Director of QAV Testing Laboratory. QAV is a Testing Laboratory with an ILAC MRA accreditation, and its test reports and certifications are recognized in over 80 countries worldwide. With a laboratory spanning approximately 200,000 sq ft and a team of hundreds of professionals, Ts. Lim certifies materials and products for both the national and international markets.

He specializes in performing niche and regulated testing, including environmental testing, mechanical testing, electrical safety testing, electromagnetic compliance testing, performance testing, chemical testing, failure analysis, military testing, and more, for the approval of automotive, automation, household appliances, military defense systems, solar systems, electric vehicles, and aerospace products.

Certified Inspector under TUV NORD Germany, authorized to conduct audits and inspections according to German Standards (GS).

Serves as the Deputy President of The Electrical and Electronics Association of Malaysia and holds the position of Honorary Secretary of the Malaysia Commission of Illumination. He is an active registered national expert in the standardization of testing, inspection, auditing, and consumer rights. Internationally, he is recognized as an expert in numerous testing standards within various commissions such as IEC, CIE, ISO, and others.

He has contributed to writing, co-writing, reviewing, and endorsing National Standards and Policies pertaining to domestic and international certification requirements.

Actively engaged in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, developing policies that align with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and promoting the harmonization of testing standards worldwide.

Tan Jia Xiang, COO

He has always shown a strong sense of responsibility and dedication to promoting positive change in various youth and social organisations. He has held different positions in several organisations.

Starting from 2019, he holds a key position in the Malaysia Eight Major Chinese Youth-Based Organizations Junior Chamber International Kuala Lumpur Mandarin. He started as a Committee Director, contributing his insights and efforts to achieve the organisation's goals. and was appointed as the Secretary General in 2020. During his tenure as Secretary General, he played a key role in coordinating and ensuring the smooth functioning of the organisation. In 2021, he assumed the position of General Legal Counsel, and his continued growth in leadership roles led him to become Vice President in 2022, and more recently, Treasurer in 2023.

Appointed in 2019 Federation of Chinese Associations Youth Malaysia Department of Economic Development – Deputy General Affairs.

International Eco-Agro-Tourism Research and Development Association of Malaysia (IETRAM) as the President to lead the commitment to promote sustainable development practices and community-driven initiatives to promote eco-awareness and nature tourism.

Appointed as Vice Secretary General of the Asia Pacific Brands Top Excellent Brand Committee in 2020.

Vice Committee Director professional committee of Asia Pacific Top Excellence Brand Committee (Solar PV Green Energy) to promote the green energy industry in Malaysia.

Leanartt Lim, CSO

Leanartt started his career as an investment banker and venture capitalist. He has more than 20 years of experiences in investment and commercial banking and financial industry.

Leanartt has helped various SMEs, corporates, and public listed companies in Malaysia for various corporate exercise which include debt financing, private debt securities, bond issuance, SME and commercial business loan advisory services, M&A, IPO, Investment and financial planning for corporate & individual.

Leanartt also helped companies to design and develop their business model as well as business process reengineering to take the companies to the next level and growth.

Leanartt graduated from the University of Bradford with a Bachelor of Business Management, and Bachelor Degree of IT & Network from NIIT University.

Ng Mei Choo, CFO

Ms. Ng started off in a public listed company in Malaysia and has since gained vast experience in accounting and financial reporting. She further expanded her career with the subsidiary of a Public Listed Company listed in the Singapore Stock Exchange and subsequently sat on the Board of Directors, overseeing the Company's operation and providing insights to the Board of Directors.

Ms. Ng further expanded her career through strategic partnerships with other professionals and now boasts an extensive range of experience in managing accounting, audit engagements and other related financial services. Her extensive experience includes consulting various companies ranging from small and medium sized entities to multinational corporations in various industries including professional services, oil & gas, fabrication, engineering, manufacturing, trading, warehousing and logistics. She now specializes in financial reporting, financial management, financial strategic planning, consulting and business valuation, making her a very sought-after professional for businesses needing a positive and impactful change.

Her expertise encompasses accounting, auditing, secretarial, taxation, banking, business due diligence and valuation. She has over two decades of experience in providing the said services to a vast variety of clients and is now a well accomplished individual in the industry.

Ms. Ng is also the managing associate of Clement & Associates International Limited (United Kingdom) and Clement & Associates (China) Limited, an international comprehensive professional consulting firm group that integrates corporate advisory, accounting and business services for providing professional services to the Fortune 500 companies and listed companies around the world. Currently, she is also the Independent Non-Executive Director of Caely Holdings Bhd.
